Sparkstar paded outside, "Let all cats old enough to catch their own prey join her beneath the briar branch for a clan meeting. The time to chose a deputy has come. Flareheart you have shown your loyalty always and that is why I have chosen you to be the new deputy. We also have a new warrior joining us Honeyclaw. Sharpleaf please show her around."

Suddenly, his ears felt hotter, Fallenheart had pressed her muzzle to his. He blinked, his eyes showing surprise and curiousity. "Thank you." He purred and nudged the silver she-cat. "That's okay." He smiled. He then turned to Sparkstar. "Would you like me to send out a patrol?"
